So Corinne Bailey Rae dropped by our tiny island for her debut concert on 28 Jul. You'd have to have a heart of stone not to feel the fragility of life and heartbreak in her voice and lyrics. The woman is absolutely breathtaking.

I would've enjoyed myself a lot more if not for the crazy drunks behind me who had to make a complete nuisance of themselves.

The fruit jellies from Hediard are countryside summer dreaming.

The flavours? Apricot, peach, strawberry, pear, pineapple, blackcurrent, mango, cherry, lemon, date, raspberry, fig, quince, passionfruit, guava, kiwi, tangerine, redcurrent, orange, waterfruit, banana, green apple, plum and prune. Just to name a few.

In other words, it's impossible to eat responsibly.

As soon as I laid eyes on this gorgeous monochromatic suitcase, it was love at first sight.

All old school chic and so terribly romantic, I just can't wait to bring it on my next roadtrip. Dreaming, dreaming......
